Core Balance Yoga with Relax Mind and Body In-Person
4 week session of Core Balance!
Weekly Yoga Core Balance sessions are available on Thursdays at 11:30am from March 2nd through March 23rd here at the Monroe Township Library. Certified teachers from Relax Mind & Body located at 621 S. Main Street in Williamstown will be here offering a low intensity core balance class to help improve stability and create a strong core through movement. Core Fitness improves posture, balance, and mobility. This is class is suitable for adult beginners and older adults. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
