Roxxy The Mini Therapy Horse In-Person
Join the library for a meet and greet with Roxxy the American miniature horse. Learn about the life of a therapy horse. Small talk, Q&A, and photo opportunities are included.
This program will be presented by Ana from Ana's World of Minis. This business was born out of a thirteen-year-old girl's passion for sharing the joy/therapeutic gift that horses can offer. Ana and her miniature horses have experience in pony parties, and visiting hospitals, schools, libraries, nursing homes, churches, and residential homes. Ana's horses have been exposed to and have mastered interaction with dogs, babies, small children, teens, adults, and the elderly. This includes interatciotn with wheelchairs, walkers, IV stands, bedside visits and eleveators.
