Core Stability with Relax Mind and Body In-Person

This is an all level class that is based on Pilates and Barre style class. Build strength and stability within the core line of the body. It helps with posture, balance, strength in core and spine. No experience necessary. This class is beginner friendly.

Jen is a certified teacher from Relax Mind & Body located at 621 S. Main Street in Williamstown.  This is class is suitable for adult beginners and older adults.  Anyone can participate in this class as we slow down everyday movements with focus and intention. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Space is limited & registration is required. Sign up online at monroetpl.org or call 856-629-1212 x206 to register.
