TEEN STEM Craft: Solar Eclipse Glasses

TEEN STEM Craft: Solar Eclipse Glasses In-Person

In this STEM craft activity, TEENS (ages 12-18) are invited to come build their own solar eclipse viewers in preparation to watch the solar eclipse that will be occurring on Monday, April 8th.

According to a NASA map, most of South Jersey will be in the 85-90% range of eclipse totality. The maximum coverage will occur around 3:25 pm.  These viewers will allow you to safely view the eclipse!

All materials are provided.

*Registration required.  Each teen must be registered individually.*

For more information or questions, contact kcasser@monroetpl.org.

***Please remember to cancel your registration if you can no longer attend the program as a courtesy to those on the wait list.

***This program is reserved exclusively for TEENS (ages 12-18).  If the person registered is outside of this specified age-range (including younger siblings), their registration will be cancelled and they will not be permitted to attend the program.  Teen activities, crafts, and social environments are geared specifically towards teens to feel comfortable attending within their appropriate age group.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
