Chair Yoga with Relax Mind and Body In-Person

Weekly Chair Yoga sessions are available on Thursdays at 11:30am from January 9th through February 6th here at the Monroe Township Library.  Certified teachers from Relax Mind & Body located at 621 S. Main Street in Williamstown will be here offering Chair Yoga.  Chair yoga is modified stretches that can be done in a seated position. Participants have the option to do standing or seated. Chair yoga can improve muscle tone and balance, encourage better breathing habits, stress reduction, improve sleep, and an improved sense of well-being. When stress is reduced it helps to improve your immune system.
