Adult ASL Club In-Person
Join our Sign Language Club with our group leader, Niki. Each month, a group of us meet at the library to go over basic signs and practice finger spelling and numbers.
Please be aware that this is NOT a class and you do NOT receive any certificates or degrees of completion for attending this group; However, Niki holds an Interpreting II Cert which provides advanced knowledge about ASL and Interpreting and is happy to help guide anyone interested in this career path in the right direction.
This program is free to patrons, but registration is required due to seating limitations and paper-printing costs. To solidify your seat in this program, be sure to sign up as soon as possible. You can sign up on our website or by calling the Reference Desk.
IF YOU NO SHOW WITHOUT CANCELATION MORE THAN 2X TIMES, YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE A PRINTED PACKET AVAILBLE TO YOU AT THE START OF THE MEETING IN EFFORTS TO SAVE ON PAPER WASTE.
This is a program for adults. Thank you!
